1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and health safety, certain medical devices (e.g., glucometers, nebulizers, BP apparatus) cannot be returned once opened or used.

2. Refunds

4. Non-Returnable Items
